The Nazeman Education Trust or N. E. T. for short was started by Mike Todd a local Author and Naturalist with a passionate interest in the History and Ecology of the Naze and surrounding area along with his partner Sue an accomplished artist and Natural History illustrator, plus a group of like minded individuals.
After taking out expenses all profits go to producing an assortment of information packs and sheets which along with this website provide a completely interactive resource for schools and the general public. As seen on the Essex County Councils Education Resources Page www.e-gfl.org & Schoolzone
Recently we have become more involved with doing pieces for B. B. C. radio Essex, a small video and interviews in the hope that we will make as many people as possible aware of this wonderful piece of Coastline and site of special scientific interest.
We hope to ensure the magic and mystery of this wonderful area known as the Naze will be enjoyed for as long as possible.

We aim to work in the local interest and will have clear and achievable aims.
To demonstrate the beauty and mystery of the Naze and its environs by producing education packs, Books and Leaflets about the area and its unique Fossils and
Wildlife.
To provide interactive resources for schools and the general pubic by way of the
website, Newsletters, Nature trails, illustrated talks, Fossiling days and eventually C.d.'s.
To create awareness and understanding of the importance of the Naze as a Public Open Space and Wildlife Habitat. To communicate its fragility and endangerment because of climatic change and sea level rise. To maintain a non profit making organisation to be used for updating and publishing
resource material.
To maintain a Website dedicated to the Naze and surrounding areas.
We look forward to your ongoing support in our venture

What the Nazeman Education Trust wants to see is not just one part of the Naze saved but all of it from the Cliffs all the way down to the Salt Marsh at the Northern end of the Naze. We are not just interested in one aspect we are interested in the Naze as a whole, its Wildlife, History and Geology.
We try to keep the website fresh by updating the news pages on a monthly basis and other pages as needed, we also like to introduce new subject matter occasionally such as the History page
